Sexual Confidence Coaching (For Women)

If you are the low sexual desire partner in your relationship, you feel like you are under constant pressure.

You feel pressure from your partner to have more sex, and you put pressure on yourself to want more sex.

In the end, you feel crappy whether you have sex or not!

When you decide to say “no” you feel guilty and responsible for your partner’s unhappiness.

When you decide to say “yes” it’s because you don’t want your partner to be upset and miserable. You feel obligated to have sex and

you fear that if you don’t your partner might cheat or leave.

You push yourself to have sex and you experience some temporary relief because you bought yourself some time, but you end up feeling used or resentful.

 You hope your lack of sexual desire is due to some sort of hormonal imbalance, but you suspect that’s not the case. You worry about the consequences on your relationship but you have no idea where to start.

 

 

Nothing seems to break this awful cycle of negative mental chatter and low desire for sexual intimacy. Things get better for a while and then, the momentum is gone.

 

What if you knew there is absolutely nothing wrong with you and that what is happening to you is normal AND inevitable in a long term committed relationship?

You can generate sexual desire for yourself. Whether you decide to share it with your partner or not, it feels amazing.

You can say “no” from a place of self-love and respect for your partner that leaves the two of you feeling closer instead of disconnected.

The relationship you have with your self and your body can be such that you feel desirable and worthy no matter what.

Having sex can feel like receiving instead of sacrificing.
